Refund policy
We currently do not process returns unless there are issues with shipping or there is a defect. However, we do offer exchanges if the size does not fit.
To start an exchange, you can contact us at locowetsuits@gmail.com. The customer is responsible for all shipping and handling fees.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your exchange, and let you know if the exchange was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method if there is a defect. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
